The Problem
Every compressor introduces contamination into the air stream — oil carryover from lubricated compressors, water vapour that condenses downstream, rust and pipe scale from aging distribution systems, and atmospheric dust drawn in through the inlet.
Left untreated, these contaminants degrade pneumatic tools, clog instruments, contaminate food and pharma processes, and ruin paint finishes — causing expensive downtime and rework.
The Lenora Solution
Lenora line filters are available in particulate, coalescing, and activated carbon grades — installed in sequence to progressively clean the air stream to the purity level your application demands.
Borosilicate glass fiber media. Removes dust, dirt, rust, pipe scale, and solid particles from the air stream. First line of defence — installed immediately after the compressor or aftercooler.
Borosilicate glass fiber media with over 95% void volume. Most effective separation of water and oil — coalesces fine aerosols into droplets that drain away. Protects instruments, dryers, and precision equipment.
Composite activated carbon media removes gases and hydrocarbon odours from the air stream — essential for food processing, pharmaceutical, and paint booth applications where odour-free air is critical.
Borosilicate glass fiber media designed specifically to reduce oil vapour concentration — used in both oil-free and oil-lubricated compressor systems where oil vapour contamination must be minimised.
Lightweight aluminium housing resists corrosion in industrial environments. Compact and easy to mount in any orientation on the compressed air line.
Borosilicate glass fiber media delivers over 95% void volume — large filtration area with high filter efficiency and very low pressure drop across the element.
Integrated DP gauge indicates when the cartridge needs replacement — no guesswork, no scheduled downtime, no missed change intervals.
Optional float-type auto drain valve removes collected liquid automatically — pair with a Lenora LADV for fully hands-free condensate management.
Available in five flow capacities — 20, 40, 80, 125, and 200 CFM — across all four filter grades. Maximum working pressure: 16 Bar across the entire range.

Wherever compressed air touches a process or a product, filtration is not optional — it is the difference between a reliable system and one that fails when it cannot afford to.
