The Switch

Mechanical
Switches Are
Obsolete.

Traditional mechanical pressure switches use a spring-and-diaphragm mechanism to set cut-in and cut-out pressure — no display, no exact readout, and calibration drifts over time with vibration and temperature.

The Lenora Digital Pressure Switch gives you a live digital pressure readout, precise push-button set points, and consistent operation cycle after cycle — without any mechanical wear on the sensing element.

01 The System
System Features

One Device.
Six Functions.

PSI
Digital Pressure Gauge

Live accurate pressure readings in both BAR and PSI on the 7-segment display — eliminates the need for a separate analogue gauge on the compressor.

SW
Pressure Switch

Low and high pressure set points configured digitally. Controls the compressor automatically — starts on cut-in, stops on cut-out — with exact repeatability every cycle.

UL
Unloader Valve

Automatically releases clogged pressure from the line when the compressor stops — protecting the motor from starting under load.

HRS
Compressor Life Counter

Inbuilt running hours counter tracks total compressor operation time. Works as an oil change alarm indicator — alerts when the oil change schedule is due.

RUN
Continuous Run Protector

Monitors for continuous running beyond the configured hour limit — triggers an alarm to protect the compressor motor from overload and overheating.

ECO
Power Saver Mode

Configurable maximum continuous running hours setting. Shuts the compressor down automatically on unit fault — protecting equipment and reducing energy waste.

Auto-Scrolling Display

When idle, the display cycles through: Pressure in BAR → Pressure in PSI → Total Running Hours → Remaining Hours to Oil Change → Compressor Temperature (if sensor connected). All information visible at a glance, no key presses required.

Mechanical Switch

Imprecise.
Wear-Prone.
Unreadable.

Mechanical pressure switches rely on a spring calibrated against a diaphragm. Vibration from the compressor gradually shifts the calibration. There is no display — the operator cannot confirm the actual cut-in or cut-out pressure without external instrumentation.

Short-cycling, over-pressure, and premature motor wear are the predictable result of imprecise switching control.

Lenora Digital Switch

Exact.
Stable.
Always Visible.

Set the cut-in and cut-out pressure once via push button. The digital sensor holds that value precisely — vibration does not affect calibration. The LED display shows live system pressure at all times.

"Precision control for reciprocating compressors — with a live digital readout you can actually read."
